The HTML 2.0 was basically a milestone between the Net used by technical persons and the Net used by the business to make real money. It is well known that, from technical point of view, there was nothing so special, it was nothing invented.
The HTML 5.0 has more meanings and will be followed shortly by the HTML 6 and 7.
From one side (technical perspective) there are significant/major changes:
- major browsers seems to get more close each other, web pages content looks the same in all of them
- objects (programming) become more complex including more functionality and simplifying the programming side.
- mobile devices are considered more and more.
On the other side, there is the social aspect. That appears to be the “HIT” of the new HTML. Everybody knows about Facebook, Twitter and Youtube. The new words has been invented and soon they will be found in dictionaries: “texting” and “googling” – communicating and searching using the Net is part of everybody live.
More than that the Net and the TV are merging one into the other. The new TV are included WiFi connection to the Net and the Facebook, Twitter and Youtube icons have their place on the screen when you turn on the device.
The HTML 2.0 did change the way people can make money.
The HTML 5.0 is changing the way people are interacting. It will open for sure a new are “social network and interactivity”.
It is not hard to predict that the “next next HTML” will change total the human society and human being as well. It depends how far people will allow the Net to get into their minds and bodies.
