Very often you can get twice” Home” in WordPress. It is happening if you wish to display entry page as a specific page for example “Home” and not a post or the standard list of last posts.
To avoid problems when you install a new wordpress based website follow the following procedure:
1. Go to Settings -> Permalinks
Set up whatever you wish (usually in this case, company website) you may choose /%postname%/
2) Go to Pages and edit About
Change the permlink, from /about to /home
Change the name from About to Home
3) Go to Settings -> Readings
in “Front page displays” tab select Page and select “Home”, or whatever name you seup at previous point.
