DNS on cPanel – Google email platform

It is suppose you have created the email on Google and you have validated your domain name via a file placed in the root of your website folder /public_html.

Let supose:
your unique ID is: google3we3224k349ex091
your domain is : mydomain.com

For cPanel into DNS zone you must do :

1. delete any MX record

2. delete any “mail” CNAME record

3. delete any “webmail” CNAME record

4.create the following entries

google3we3224k349ex091.mydomain.com    CNAME   google.com.

webmail   CNAME   ghs.google.com.

mydomain.com.   MX   1   aspmx.l.google.com.

mydomain.com.   MX   3   alt1.aspmx.l.google.com.

mydomain.com.   MX   3   alt2.aspmx.l.google.com.

mydomain.com.   MX   5  aspmx2.googlemail.com.

mydomain.com.   MX   5  aspmx3.googlemail.com.

mydomain.com.   MX   5  aspmx4.googlemail.com.

mydomain.com.   MX   5  aspmx5.googlemail.com.

5. You can create the followings as well (you should do something on Google platform to work)

documents   CNAME   ghs.google.com.

sites   CNAME   ghs.google.com.

calendar   CNAME   ghs.google.com.

6.  Select Automatically Detect Configuration (for Email Routing)
